A Addendum No. 1 for bidding document Bid No. 0701-0610ITC2A027of Panjin pump station contract (PWW/21.07)
对盘锦泵站设备标（PWW/21.07）招标文件的补遗

1 It is described in the original bidding document that radio control method is adopted to transmit signals in wastewater pumping station to control room in wastewater treatment plant. Because local authority’s approval for the radio transmission method is not obtained, the control signal transmission method is now changed from radio type to wire type (using telephone line, if appropriate). For this change, all bidders should provide supplementary detail design, relevant equipment’s supply and installation & testing service to ensure successful signal transmittal from pumping station to wastewater treatment plant.
原招标文件设计中自控系统通过无线发射的方式将污水提升泵站的相关信号送至污水处理厂控制室。但由于未能取得地方管理部门的批准，现改为有线传输方式（利用电话线）。现要求投标商作出相应的补充设计并提供相关的设备和安装调试服务，将信号送至污水处理厂。

2 It is clarified that check valve shall be butterfly and slow-closure type. It’s resistance coefficient ≤0.145.
止回阀为蝶型缓冲止回阀,其阻力系数≤0.145。

3 All bidders should provide 2 telephones and relevant lines for each pump.
要求投标商为每个泵站提供2部电话及其相关线路。

4、Specification of high voltage power line: YJV22-10KV, 3×50mm2, 400m long (200m long for each pumping stations)
高压电力电缆规格为：YJV22-10KV、3×50mm2、数量400m（每座泵站各200m）。

5、Specification of bust duct: T-CFW-3A, 1000A, 2 sets (1 set for each pumping station including top point and vertical corner etc.).
母线槽规格为：T-CFW-3A、1000A、 2套 （每座泵站各1套：包括始端、垂直转角等）。

6、For all procured equipment including crane, the complete set of matchable electric devices should be supplied together with the supplied equipment.
设备（含电动吊车）供货中应含全部电气配套装置。


B Clarification and answer for questions supplied by bidders.
对投标商提出需要澄清问题的答复

1 Length of belt conveyor is 5200 mm.
皮带输送机的长度为5200 mm。

2 Drawings in the bidding document can be taken reference for hoisting height and span of electric hoist.
电动葫芦的起升高度及跨距以招标图为准。

3 The valve body and disc of valve shall be made of ductile cast iron.
阀门的阀体、阀板制造材料应该是球墨铸铁。

4 Drawings in the bidding document can be taken reference for hoisting height of electric gate. Operator with electric and manual type and site control box should be provided.
电动闸门的起升高度以招标图为准。并配手电两用启闭机及现场控制箱

5 Power cable for iron shell switch, instrument box and lighting box come from low voltage switch cabinet. Other cables can be selected and connected according to theirs own functions and laid to assigned location.
铁壳开关、仪表箱及照明箱的电源电缆全部引自低压配电柜，其它电缆应按其各自的功能选择与其相配套的电缆并将电缆线送到满足功能要求的相关位置。

6 Drawings in the bidding document (drawing No. W9935D-1003/6 and W9935D-1004/6) can be taken reference for selection of electric apparatus in low voltage switch cabinet.
低压开关柜中需要的电气二次图纸见招标图可参考W9935D-1003/6和W9935D-1004/6号图。
