定量给料泵的专业生产商Milton Roy Europe近日将其新品PrimeroyK投入市场，它是一款水力驱动的定量给料隔膜泵，它的诞生完善了Milton Roy Europe的Mroy和Maxroy系列。 Primeroy是围绕一种新型Global Security Device(GSD)（全球安全装置）隔膜流体终端设计而成的。此终端的流速可高达2500l/h，承压则可达到37bar。 它包括一个内置的施压安全阀，由横隔膜控制的水压填充装置和一个可以防止溢流以及横膈膜挤出的安全阀。另外还有IMI（InstallationMonitoringIndicator）安装监测指示系统。它可以实现对于水力操作过程的监测，能够察觉所有的系统超压危险，知晓劣质排放状态是否存在，比如，振动消除和阻尼的消失等,并且它可以保证横膈膜的完整性。 Primeroy适合于所有的工业应用，包括腐蚀物、研磨剂、粘性或者泥浆流的测量。 Compact hydraulically actuated pump Dosing pump specialist Milton Roy Europe has launched Primeroy K, a hydraulically actuated diaphragm dosing pump which complete’s Milton Roy Europe’s Mroy and Maxroy ranges. The Primeroy has been designed around a new Global Security Device (GSD) diaphragm liquid end which offers a flow rate up to 2500 l/h and pressure up to 37 bar. It incorporates an internal pressure safety valve, a hydraulic refill controlled by the diaphragm and a protection valve blocking the overrunning and the extrusion of the diaphragm, along with an IMI system (Installation Monitoring Indicator) which makes it possible to check the progress of the hydraulic operation; detect any possible overpressure of the system or the presence of bad discharge conditions (such as pulsation dampener out, absence of damping); and ensure diaphragm integrity.
